After realizing it also doing it on this mod I figured maybe my steam jka was messed up and tried on my GOG copy I have and it still is doing the same thing as listed before, any ideas on fixes?

However I loaded up a different mod onto it (OpenRP mod) and it still did not recognize my commands, adjust in-game brightness, and many of the menus were invisible and not working.

I shrugged it off and deleted it, thinking it was one of the many mods I had that was causing the problem. I recently loaded up Jedi Academy with the JA+ mod and a number of other models and skins and many were not showing up correctly, as well as the console commands being unrecognized. 144hz 1440p monitor if that means anything.
